WINERY TOUR WITH WINE TASTING AT THE WINEPARK

Our winery is gravity-type and has 4 levels, descending through which the grapes are carefully and organically transformed into wine, which means that the journey will take place underground.

In addition to the winery itself, you will get acquainted with the wines that are born here. The tasting includes 2 glasses (100 ml each) of WINEPARK wines.

The wine library

The range of the wine library includes the best wines of our country, collected from all the variety of terroirs and a unique robot sommelier created specifically for our project.

Grape acceptance hall

In this area of the winery, the first wine creation operations take place. Thanks to the panoramic glazing, you can feel like participants in the process.

Fermentation hall

The main processes of vinification take place here, the transformation of the wort obtained at the previous stage into new wine.

You will be amazed by this hall – 24 floating tanks, these are steel fermenters of the Italian company Lasi, each with a volume of 4,100 liters, that is, the total volume reaches almost 100 thousand liters.

Agora

The agora is located on the lowest level of our gravity winery, just imagine - you will find yourself at a depth of 24 meters, and right in front of you will see a mirrored area inside a cube: large-scale and at the same time as if weightless, located in the center of the lake.

But the Wine Park was conceived not only as a production facility. This is a complex of projects, the overall mission of which is the development of wine culture in Russia. We will also do our best to make Crimea and Russia recognizable regions on the wine world map.
