Within our cheese factory, we specialize in two areas: crafting premium artisan cheeses and producing high-quality soft, semi-hard, and hard cheeses. Our range of cheeses currently includes several groups: Italian and Alpine - classic, aged semi-hard and hard cheeses with the addition of aromatic herbs and spices. We also offer hand-formed pasta filata cheeses such as mozzarella, burrata, and stracciatella.
