Made from Chardonnay grapes grown in Crimea. A refined delicate wine, in which delicate fruit aromas with a slight candy-like sweetness harmoniously complement the elegant creamy texture. Recommended serving temperature - 10-12°C. 

Pre-cooling of the grapes to +3°C. Gentle pressing in a pneumatic press. Fermentation at low temperatures in concrete tulip-shaped tanks and 225-liter French oak barrels with a light toasting for elegant wines. Then aged for about 9 months on fine lees with regular batonnage.
