WINEPARK Kokur

Dry white wine
Harvest year: 2021

It is made from Kokur grapes grown in the south-western Crimea. The harvest year is 2021. A new vivid reading of the famous Crimean autochthon. The rebellious beginning of citrus fresh in the aroma continues with the taste of rich peach pulp, and ends with the chords of brackish sea spray in the aftertaste. The recommended supply temperature is 10-12 C.

Pre-cooling of grapes to +3 C. Delicate pressing on a pneumatic press. Fermentation at low temperatures in a concrete tulip-shaped container and French oak butte with light roasting for elegant white wines. Then exposure for about 9 months on a thin lees with regular buttonage.
