The blend combines four components that delicately complement each other. Aging in oak with light roasting for 18 months gave the world a Symbiosis – a single whole with an incredibly berry aroma, a light inviting aftertaste. This dry red wine surprises with its complex organoleptics, which reveals the peculiarities of the Crimean terroir.

Fermentation in stainless steel at low temperatures with daily delicate disassembly and pizhazh. Aging in French oak with light roasting for at least 18 months.
